Welcome to Zen Bees Cleaning & Organizing. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both our clients and our team.

1. Services Provided

Zen Bees Cleaning & Organizing provides residential cleaning and organizing services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard / recurring cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Add-on services (inside fridge, oven, cabinets, interior windows, etc.)

Services are performed according to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the client, including home size, condition, level of buildup, pets, and accessibility.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the home significantly differs from what was described.

  • Post-construction cleaning is priced per square foot and may vary depending on dust level, debris, and site condition.

Any pricing adjustment will be communicated before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

  • First-time clients are required to pay a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of service — not after.

  • Recurring clients must submit payment before or on the day of service.

  • Payments are not accepted after the service has been completed, unless previously agreed in writing.

Failure to comply with these payment terms may result in cancellation of the appointment or suspension of future services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service.

We reserve time exclusively for each client, and last-minute changes directly impact our business.

5. Access to the Home

Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If we are unable to access the home upon arrival, waiting time may be charged.

  • If access cannot be obtained, the visit may be considered a no-show.

6. Safety & Working Conditions

For the safety of our team:

  • Aggressive or anxious pets must be secured during the service.

  • Homes must have electricity and running water.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose health risks.

7. Breakage & Damage

We treat every home with great care.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Zen Bees Cleaning & Organizing is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Improperly installed items

    • Fragile, antique, or high-value items not disclosed in advance

Liability, when applicable, is limited to the cost of repair or replacement.

8. Cleaning Results

  • While we strive for excellent results, not all stains, buildup, or residue can be fully removed.

  • Heavy buildup, permanent stains, hard water marks, mold, rust, or paint damage may not be reversible.

Cleaning improves appearance but does not restore materials.

9. Supplies & Equipment

  • Zen Bees provides professional cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • If a client requests the use of specific products, Zen Bees is not responsible for outcomes, reactions, or surface damage caused by those products.

10. Photography

With client permission, before-and-after photos may be taken for quality control or marketing purposes.
Personal items or identifying details will never be intentionally displayed.

11. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with a specific area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can review the concern.

Refunds are not guaranteed but we aim to provide fair and reasonable solutions when appropriate.

12. Service Refusal

Zen Bees Cleaning & Organizing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

  • Repeated late or missing payments

  • Misrepresentation of home condition

  • Unsafe environments

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

13. Privacy

Client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for scheduling, communication, and service-related purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information.

14. Agreement

By booking services with Zen Bees Cleaning & Organizing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
