At Zen Bees Cleaning & Organizing, we take pride in providing thoughtful, high-quality service. Because our work involves time, labor, and reserved scheduling, refunds are not guaranteed.
Our goal is always fairness and clear communication. If something did not meet expectations, we encourage clients to contact us promptly so we can review the situation and determine a reasonable solution when appropriate.
As a small business, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our schedule, operational costs, and our team. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable and may be applied toward up to 50% of the service cost to help cover labor preparation, employee commitments, and reserved time.
That said, whenever possible, we genuinely aim to work with our clients to reschedule services rather than cancel them. Ideally, once a deposit and service are confirmed, it reflects that both parties are already on the same page through prior communication regarding expectations, scope of work, and pricing.
